Chicken dumpling casserole
* Ingredients :
°Boneless chicken from a chicken grill (without skin)
°1 piece of melted butter
°1 cup milk
°1 c self-rising flour
°2 c chicken broth
°1 can heavy cream of chicken soup
*Directions
The oven preheat to 375 degrees
Spreading chicken in baking dish 9 x 13
Pour the butter evenly over the chicken
Seasoning with a little salt & pepper
In a bowl, whisking flour and milk. Pour slowly & evenly over the chicken
In same bowl, whisking chicken broth & chicken soup. Pour slowly into the baking tray. Don't move. The dumplings are formed as they bake.
Bake without a lid for 45 minutes. Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving, allowing the dumplings to finish forming. The longer it sits, the more dumplings you'll get. Like the second day too!
