+You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you like, but others should be angel food cake mixes.
Mix them (shake in a large bowl).
+Then, easily store the mixture in an airtight container until you feel the craving for dessert.
Then put only three tablespoons. of the dry mixture into a large coffee mug and stir into 2 tablespoons of water.
+Put it in the microwave for a minute and you'll only have one serving of cake!
+Added fruit, ice cream and whipped cream! Great for those of us who want something sweet every now and then without baking a whole cake!
