Original Old Bay Crab Cake
*Ingredients:
°Two slices dried bread, without crusts
°1 terabyte. milk
°1 t mayonnaise
°1 t Worcestershire sauce
°1 t parsley flakes
°1 t baking powder
°1 t old bay seasoning
°1/4 t salt
°1 scramble egg
°1 pound shredded crab meat
°Vegetable oil
*Methods :
In bowl, cut the bread into pieces. Moisten with milk.
Adding mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, baking powder, Old Bay, salt, eggs and crabmeat. Mix gently and shape into 4 pieces. Place the pies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to help keep their shape when cooked. Fill a frying pan with about 1/4 of vegetable oil. Over medium heat, fry until golden on both sides. I usually turn every minute to avoid over-fry.
