POLISH SAUSAGES, SAUERKRAUT AND POTATOES (CROCKPOT)



*Ingredients


°2 (14 ounce) cans sauerkraut, undrained (or 1 bag (2 pounds))

°5 or 6 potatoes, peel & cut to large chunks

°1 cup water

°1 pound Polish sausage, cut into chunks (could use smoked sausage) 1 tsp caraway seeds

°1 bay leaf

°1/4 teaspoon pepper


* Directions :


Place sauerkraut and potatoes in slow cooker, add spices and water. Place the sausage on it. Cooking 4 h  on High or for 6 h on Low or to potatoes are tender.
