Less than 30 min in the kitchen
* Ingredients :
° 6 Beef steaks of 125 gr each (raw)
° 3 onions
° 1 CC MG
° 2 tbsp of liquid honey
Marinade
° 3 tbsp olive oil
° 2 tbsp chilli spice
* Preperation :
Peel and cut the onions into strips using the mandolin
Heat up the MG
Cook the onions for 15 min over low heat
Salt, pepper
Incorporate honey, mix
Cook until caramelized
Mix the chili spices and the oil
Line the steaks with the marinade
Grill them according to the desired cooking
Prepare your plates !
