Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy features tender chicken breasts in a great gravy, great on top of mashed potatoes and white bread.

* Ingredients :
° 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
° 14 oz can of chicken broth
° 2 packets of mixed chicken sauce

* Methods  :

1. Putting chicken breast in cooker slow. Pour in chicken broth, cover and cook over high heat for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken flakes easily.
2. Pour 2 cups of the broth/chicken juice from the slow cooker into a saucepan. Discard-any rest liquid. Add two bags of sauce to the pan and mix well. Leave on low heat until the sauce thickens.
3. While the sauce is simmering, remove the chicken breasts from the pressure cooker and cut them into larger pieces. That's it! Serve with sauce over chicken. Tasty!
