HONEY BUTTER SKILLET CORN

This delicious sweet honey butter corn is always a popular side dish!The most delicious corn cream recipe is made with cream cheese, butter and honey.Pancake Corn is our favorite recipe and everyone loves boiled corn, but today I'll share another delicious way to serve corn as a side dish.This honey and butter popcorn is creamy, sweet and tastes great.It is assembled in just 15 minutes and consists of simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
We can't get enough of this creamy, honey-butter cheese sauce with sweet corn crunch.

* Ingredients :


* 2 tablespoons salted butter
* 3 tablespoons honey
* 1 bag (16 oz)  corn frozen
* 2 ounces cheese, cut into pieces (I used Neufchâtel cheese, it's less fat)
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

* Directions :

* In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and honey. Once thawed, add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
* Add cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stir together and let cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
* Serve immediately. Keep leftovers well, covered in a container, and store in the refrigerator.
