SNOWBALL COOKIES PECAN NUTS



*Ingredients

°1 cup softened butter
°1/2 cup powdered sugar
°1/4 tsp salt
°1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
°2 1/4 cups flour
°1 cup finely chopped pecans
°1 c powder sugar for dusting

* Methods 

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cream the butter and powdered sugar in a stand mixer. Adjust blender speed to low, then add salt, vanilla, flour and pecans.
Step 3: In a ball of an inch, roll the dough and place the balls a few inches apart on parchment-covered baking sheets. Place in preheated oven and bake for about 11 minutes, taking care not to overcook cookies.
Step 4: Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool a bit. Meanwhile, place a cup of powdered sugar in a large Ziploc bag or bowl. Gently coat about 3 to 4 cookies at a time. Pick up the cookies with a fork, shaking gently to remove excess powdered sugar. On the cooling grids, transfer the cookies and let them cool completely before rolling them again in the powdered sugar.
