Fritos Chili Skillet Pie

°1 pound meat
°1 packet chili seasoning
°1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
°1 can diced tomatoes with hot green peppers (10 ounces)
°1 can (14 oz) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
°3 cups corn flakes
°1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup chopped green onion

Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet, brown the beef until fully cooked, drain the excess fat, and add the tomato sauce, tomato cubes, and chili seasoning.
Stir the mixture, then add the beans to the skillet. Stir, cover, and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot pepper has thickened.
Spread the cornflakes in the bottom of a deep cast iron skillet. Pour the chili over the potato chips, then sprinkle with half of the chopped green onion.
Cover with shredded cheese, and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the chilies are tender.
Garnish with the rest of the chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
