* ingredients :
°2 catfish fillets
°1/2 ton. garlic powder
°1/2 ton. onion powder
°1/2 ton. Cayenne pepper
°1/2 ton. Red pepper
°1/2 ton. spices
°½ t. crushed red pepper flakes
°½ extra virgin olive oil
°salt and pepper as needed
* Directions :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, mix the spices, salt and pepper.
Divide the seasoning mixture and sprinkle half of it over each catfish fillet.
Place the catfish in an oven-safe glass dish. Bake at 350 F and 25 minutes, until fish flakes.
Serve immediately with steamed vegetables or salad.
