Apricot Brandy Pound Cake




*ingredients:

°1 cup butter (soft)
°1/2 cup ghee
°3 cups of sugar
°8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
°3 cup flour
°6 eggs
°1 tsp vanilla

* Methods:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Whisk butter and ghee together.
Add sugar and keep stirring.
Adding cream cheese also beat to light and fluffy.
Instead, add the flour and eggs and mix until completely combined.
Add vanilla and mix.
Pour into a greased skillet.
Baking for 1 h and 15 min or to a cake tester comes out clean
