°1 French shallot, finely chopped
°1 garlic clove, finely minced
°45 ml (3 tablespoons) butter
°4 slices of pork, minced
°60 ml (½ cup) flour
°Few nutmeg
°875 ml chicken broth
°125 ml (half a cup) 35% or 15% cooking cream
°5 ml (1 tsp) old mustard
°625 ml (2 ½ c) grated yellow cheddar cheese (for 225 g / 8 oz)
°1 L (4 cups) broccoli florets, cook also well drain
°Salt & Pepper

* Methods :

In a saucepan, saute shallots and garlic in butter. Adding pork also cooking for 2 min. Sprinkling with flour also nutmeg also cooking for 1 min, stir.
Adding broth, cream also mustard. Bring blend to a boil on heat, stir with  paddle attachment. Let on low heat about 5 min. Remove the pot from the heat and stir the cheese until it melts. Adding broccoli also reheat without boil. A little salt also pepper.
