Our delicious cranberry muffins will be ready in just 20 minutes and are the perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee.

*Ingredients :

°3 cups flour
°1 1/2 tsp. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 tsp. salt
°1/4 cup sugar
°1 1/4 cup fat-free yogurt
°3 tbsp. melted butter
°3 tbsp. melted margarine
°1 lightly beaten egg
°1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
°1/2 cup sifted fine sugar
°1 c. Zest the orange
°1 c. Fresh orange juice

*Preparation :

Heat oven 200°C (400°F). Line 2 cookie sheets with butter paper.
In  bowl, blend flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. In  bowl, blend yogurt, butter, butter, and eggs.
Form a hole in center of the flour mixture, pour in the yogurt mixture and mix with a fork just to moisten the dry ingredients. Heart in cranberry. Dust your hands with flour and gently knead the dough in the bowl just enough to hold it.
On a floured surface, roll the dough into a square that is 23 cm (9 in) thick and about 5 cm (2 in) thick. Using a small knife, cut 9 squares, then each square into 2 triangles. Place on cookie sheets 2.5 cm (1 inch) apart and bake 15 minutes or until golden.
In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, orange peel, and juice. When the scones have cooled, place them on wire racks on waxed paper, parchment paper, or aluminum foil and sprinkle the icing with a spoon.
