Cream Cheese Peach Pie Delight


°1 pack white or yellow dry cake mix
°1/3 C butter, room temperature
°2 L eggs, divided...
°29 oz can peach slices, drain
°8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
°1/3 cup sugar
°1 tsp vanilla

* Methods :

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spraying 13" x 9" skillet with cooking spray. In  bowl, mix cake blend, butter, and 1 egg. Blend to crumbly. Set apart 1 1/2 cups of crumbs for topping. Pressure rest crumbs into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Cut the peach slices into 1-inch pieces. You can using frozen or fresh peaches if you choose but I like canned for this particular recipe because of short baking time. 

Spoon to a partially baked crust. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, & vanilla extract. Beat with mixer to creamy. Peaches are poured with a spoon.

Sprinkle with preserved crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
