*Ingredients :
° 2 eggs
° 2/3 cup milk
° 32 Ritz biscuits, crushed
° 1/2 cup chopped onion
° 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1/4 teaspoon pepper
° 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
° 1/2 cup ketchup
° 1/2 cup brown sugar
° 1 teaspoon mustard
* directions :
Preheat oven to 350.
Egg shaking. Add milk and biscuits. Stir in onions and cheese. Add minced meat. Mix well. Loaf shaped.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Blend ketchup, brown sugar, also mustard to making a topp. Pour half of garnish on the meatloaf after 31 min baking. Returning loaf to oven for other 10 min baking. Pour rest of garnish on meatloaf, returning to oven and baking for other 5-10 min .
