LOUISIANA-HOT-CRAB-DIP


**Ingredients:
° 1/2 pound jumbo shredded crab meat, skinless
° 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
° 1/2 cup mayonnaise
° 1/4 c parmesan cheese
° 3 tablespoons chopped green onions (white and green pieces)
° 2 garlic clove, mince
° 2 tsp Sauce-Worcestershiire
° 2 tsp lemon juice
° 1 tsp hot sauce
° 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
° Salt and pepper to taste

* Directions :

Preheat oven 325 degrees F .
Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and stir gently until well combined.
Adjust spices to taste. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden on the surface. Serve hot.
Serve hot with hot sauce on the side for those who like it spicy.
Makes about a cup and a half...
