An exotic pan full of vitamins! Little used in our cuisine, water chestnuts are mixed here with delicate shrimps and mushrooms. Topped with a teriyaki sauce spiced with ginger and red curry, everything sits nicely on a bed of ribbons of noodles to better whet appetites. To your chopsticks !

* Ingredients for :

° 350g Rumsteak
° 2 tbsp of peanut oil
° 1 Red-onion (peel also mince )
° 1 Red bell pepper (seeded and cut)
° 200g Broad beans
° 275g Pasta
° 6 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Confit Garlic

* Preparation steps :

Remove the fat from the rump then cut the meat into thin slices.
Place steak in shallow dish and top with Kikkoman Teriyaki Kikkoman Confit Garlic Sauce, stirring until beef is coated. Cover with film and let marinate.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and sauté the onion and red pepper over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add the beans and sauté for another 1 minute. Remove the vegetables from the pot and set aside.
Add the rest of the oil and then sauté the beef strips for 3-4 minutes.
Add the pasta and vegetables, pour in the sauce. Mix everything for 5 minutes and serve hot.
