Chicken-Bacon-Ranch-Tater Tot Casserole



The Ranch Tatter Berry Chicken and Bacon Casserole is a family favorite made with chicken, bacon, cheese and a delicious creamy ranch sauce that everyone will love!

* Ingredients :

° 6 slices of cooked bacon or you can use the microwave
° 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
° 32 oz. A bag of frozen tater
° 1/2 cup ranch sauce
° 1 cup milk
° 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
° 3 tablespoons butter
° 1 1/2 cups lightly shredded cheddar cheese
° salt and pepper as needed

* Directions :

Preheat oven 425 degrees.
Cook chicken in a separate pan until cooked through. Let the chicken cool for a few minutes, then chop it with a mixer.
Using a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, whisk in the flour and add salt and pepper to taste.
Slowly whisk the milk into the saucepan mixture, adding a little milk at a time. Mix until you get a creamy texture, add the ranch dressing and mix.
Sprinkle a 9 x 13 baking dish and add a layer of chicken, then the sauce, then half the cheese, cut out the molds and leave for 20 minutes without a lid.
Crumble the cooked bacon while waiting for the casserole to soften and set aside.
Make sure the tits tater are golden and crunchy and then cover the casserole with the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
