The gyro or "Greek sandwich" is a traditional Greek dish made with pork, beef or lamb, onions and tomatoes. This homemade sandwich is a true compromise between East and West.

* Ingredients :

° Round Bread Arabic Bread Kamaj Bread
° lamb meat
° Onion cut into cubes
° chopped onion
° minced garlic
° spices
° cumin
° lettuce
° tomatoes
° Tzatziki sauce
° salt pepper

* Preparation :

 In a frying pan greased with a little oil, fry the onions and garlic.
We take a saucepan and pour in the preparation with sliced ​​lamb, thyme and cumin.
Salt and Pepper.
Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until the meat is well marinated.
After an hour, put the mixture in a cast iron grill and cook, stirring occasionally.
Cut the pita bread in half.
Top with lettuce leaves, a handful of roasted lamb, tomato rings, and chopped onions.
We finish with the tzatziki sauce.
