BBQ Cheesy Chicken Pizza Rolls

We've got the best recipe for a great cheesy BBQ Chicken Pizza Rolls here 🙂 Everyone loves pizza and what better way to make your best friend happy than with this awesome party food!

* Ingredients :

° 1 fresh ( pound ) , frozen, or thawed pizza dough
° 1 cup BBQ sauce (sweet) plus extra for serving
° 1 cup part-skimmed mozzarella cheese, divided
° 1 cup cooked, finely chopped chicken (rotisserie, boiled, etc.)
° 3 tsp finely chop red onion
° ¼ tsp ground pepper red flakes, optional
° 3 slices bacon, cooked, drained and finely chopped (optional)
° Fresh leaves parsely, chop, for garnish
° 1 teaspoon vegetable oil for greasing the pan, plus more for greasing the pan

* Directions :

If it's frozen, follow the instructions for thawing pizza dough. If using refrigerated dough, place in a well-oiled bowl, cover and let come to room temperature, for 1 to 2 hours.
Grease a large 9- or 10-inch skillet or baking tray with oil. Cast iron skillets work well for pizza. Sit aside.
Heat oven to 400 degres f . Flour a clean work surface and roll out room temperature pizza dough into an 18" x 10" rectangle. If the dough bounces back and doesn't hold its shape, let it rest for an additional 5 minutes, then roll it again. Spread the BBQ sauce over the surface of the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface of the dough, then the chicken, onion, red pepper flakes, and bacon, if using.
Starting on the long side, roll the dough away from you into an airtight cylinder and pull slightly as you go. Pinch the seams together to seal. Cut into 8 equal slices and place the cut side down in the prepared pan. When cutting, try to use dental floss instead of a knife. It works amazingly well!
Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top and continue baking for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with additional BBQ sauce for dipping.

Enjoy !
