POLISH-KIELBASA & CABBAGE-SOUP


This European Eastern soup (called kapusniak in Polish) is traditionally make with sauerkraut. To continue sodium under control in this recipe healthy, we using fresh cabbage & save sauerkraut for delicate appetizer savory.

* Ingredients :

° 1 pound of Polish kielbasa, cut 1/4 into rounds
° 2 cups thinly sliced ​​onion
° 4 c cabbage green, shredded
° 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
° 6 cups vegetable broth
° 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 teaspoon pepper

* Directions :

Step 1: Place a large pot of soup on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Adding kielbasa also frying for 5 min
Step 3: Removing kielbasa & place it in bowl clean.
Step 4: Adding onions & cabbage to soup pot and cooking about another 10 minutes 
Step 5: Adding garlic & sauute for other 2 min
Step 6: Add the vegetable broth and potatoes. Stir until well blended.
Step 7: Seasoning with salt & pepper to taste.
Step 8: Raise heat & permit it come to boil.
Step 9: Reduce heat also simmer about 20 min 
Step 10: Putting soup into a serve bowl.
