Baked meatball & spaghetti recipe

* Ingredients:

° 12 ounces macaroni
° 3 c marinara sauce
° 2 cups mozzarella cheese
° 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves + for meatballs
° 8 ounces ground beef
°8 ounces ground pork
° 1 large egg, scrambled
° 1/4 cup panko
° 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
° 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
° 1/4 teaspoon ground spices
° pinch of nutmeg
° Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
° 1 tablespoon olive oil

* directions :

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat sweetly in a 9" 9" baking sheet In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, eggs, panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, allspice and nutmeg. Add salt and pepper. taste. Using a wooden spoon and stir to well mixed.Roll the mixture into 1/4 to 1/2 inch balls, making about 1,820 meatballs, heat the olivesoil in a saucepan, add portioned meatballs and fry until golden brown, 23 minutes.Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels;Drain well and add the marinara sauce, then add the pasta to the prepared baking dish and add the meatballs; Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. 
Bake in oven until bubbles form and heated through completely, about 15-20 minutes, serve immediately, garnishing with parsley, 
if desired.
