Peanut Butter Balls




 Peanut Butter Balls aka Buckeye Balls



ingredients :



° 16 oz peanut butter.


° 1 lb confectioners' sugar.


° 3/4 cup of butter.


° Semi-sweet chocolate chips


to prepare :



→ Step 1:

   Place baking sheet on tarpaulin paper; aside.


→ Step 2:

   In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, and 1 cup butter. Roll the balls and place them in a baking dish, and let them cool in the freezer for 20 minutes.


→ Step three:

Melt the chocolate chips in a metal bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.


Stir occasionally until smooth.


→ Step 4:

Take the balls out of the refrigerator. Insert a wooden toothpick into a ball and dip it into the melted chocolate.


Return to the freezer for 30 minutes
