Dreamy Creamy Lemon Pie


°8 full graham crackers

°3 tbsp. Butter

°1 (14 ounces) condensed milk can be sweetened

°2 Large Eggs

°1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

°1 tbsp. Lemon peel

°Really scrambled cream (optional)?

*Methods :

Start by crushing Graham's crackers by pulsing them in a food processor or (as I do) putting them in a large Ziploc bag and crushing them with a wrapped pin or glass jar. Place Graham crumbs in a small bowl and add butter. Mix until hydrated. Press Graham's mixture into a 9-inch pie dish (do not use a "deep" pie dish) and refrigerate until ready to fill.

Mix condensed milk and eggs 2 until smooth and creamy. Add the lemon juice and peel and whisk until combined. Pour this mixture into the pie crust.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool the pie completely and then refrigerate for the best flavor. After cutting and painting the pie add a little whipped cream and a little lemon peel on each piece!
