°3 peppers
°1 lb beef (ground)
°8 oz. Mushrooms 
°1 onion 
°2 tbsp. Ketchup
°1 tbsp. Worcestershire-Sauce
°1 c beef broth
°8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
°Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cut off the tops of the peppers and deseed them.
Placing ground beef also onion in a skillet on medium-high heat. Sauté until beef is browned and onion is soft.
Add the chopped mushrooms.
Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until the liquid is almost completely absorbed. Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese. Spread a piece of aluminum foil over the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
