°1 package white or yellow dry cake mix
°1/3 c butter
°2 eggs, divided…
°29 oz can peach slices
°8 oz cream cheese
°1/3 c sugar
°1 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spraying 13x9 pan with cook spray. In bowl, blend cake mix, butter & 1 egg. Blending to crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs for garnish. Press remaining crumbs into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Cut peach slices into 1-inch pieces. You can use frozen or fresh peaches if you like, but I like canned for this particular recipe because of the short cooking time. Pour into partially baked crust. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla extract. Beat with mixer until creamy. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with reserved breadcrumbs. Bake 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
