Preheat the oven to 400 wash and remove the outer leaves cut the stem, cut
1 to 1 1/2 inch steak brush both side with olive oil, garlic-salt
and pepper on both sides cook 30 to 40 minutes
I like mine at 41 min for the edges to begin to brown, delicious & calorie friendly.
