German Chocolate Cake

German chocolate cake is a chocolate cake prepared in several layers of filling with a mixture of coconut and walnuts. Its shell is great and it's kind of creamy caramel and dark chocolate.

* ingredients:

° 1/2 cup boiling water
° 1/2 cup dark chocolate,
°2 cups of flour,
°1/4 cup cocoa powder,
°1 teaspoon baking powder,
°1 teaspoon salt
°2 cups of sugar
°1 cup unsalted butter,
°4 eggs,
°1 teaspoon vanilla,
°1 cup milk
°1 cup shredded coconut,
°1 cup chopped walnuts,
°1 cup condensed milk
°1/2 cup liquid caramel,
°1/2 cup unsalted butter,
°1 cup melted chocolate

Mix the chocolate with water and set aside. Next, we mix the flour with cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. On the other hand, we beat the sugar with butter with sticks until it becomes creamy. Add the egg yolks one at a time until well blended.

Now put the flour and chocolate mixture into the butter dough and add the vanilla and milk. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the egg whites until they stick to the bars and combine them into the mixture. We put this dough in a round mold and bake at 180 degrees until it becomes a dry sponge cake. Once we're ready, let it cool and take it apart on a wire rack. When the cake has cooled, carefully divide it into three discs.

While the cake is cooling, we will prepare a cream by mixing coconut, walnuts, condensed milk, caramel and butter until the ointment. With this cream we fill the sponge discs in alternate layers and also cover the surface. Cover the cake walls with melted chocolate for desserts. Put it in the refrigerator until the cake is tighter and take it out half an hour before serving.

Enjoy !
