*Ingredients
+filling
° 8 ounces soft cream cheese
° 8 oz baby shower shake
° 14-16 large ounces crushed pineapple, drained
° 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
° 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
° 1/2 c shred-coconut about garnish.
+Crust
° 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
° 1/3 cup sugar
° Half a cup of melted butter
* Directions :
For crust: Mixing graham cracker with sugar. Adding melt butter also stir to well combine. Press to an 8 * 8 or 9 * 9 inch skillet.
Filling: In bowl, whisk joitnly soft cheese and confectioners sugar to very smooth.
Beat in basin of whip cream. Then adding drain pineapple.
Spreading filling on crust. Covering with pineapple pieces & sprinkling wiith coconut.
Cold well - at least 4 h, preferable overnight
