Crockpot Lasagna

Pottery lasagna means no oven needed! Lasagna noodles, meat sauce and cheese prepared in one pot. Easy and delicious!

* Ingredients :

° 1 pound ground beef
° lasagna noodles
° 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
° 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
° 1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
° 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

* Preparation  :

Brown and dried minced meat.
Pour 1 c spaghetti sauce to bottom of 4-quart saucepan.
Stir the remainder of the sauce with the beef.
Putting 2 un-cooked lasagna on top of sauce in slow cooker.
Spreading third of meat mixture on noodles.
Sprinkle 3/4 c cottage cheese on meat.
Sprinkling half a c of mozzarella cheese on cottage cheese.
Add another layer of uncooked noodles, one-third of the remaining meat and cheese mixture, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Add another layer of uncooked noodles, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook on low heat for 4 hours.
If the cooking time is longer, the cheese is cooked a little better.
