Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes - Don't lose this

My daughter loves these little round potatoes no matter how I prepare them. But there, she feasts! And this is not the only one, the whole family loves it!

* Ingredients for 4 persons :

° 60 g of unsalted butter
° 4 minced garlic cloves
° 3 tablespoons of chopped chives
° 3 pinches of pepper -
° 1/4 teaspoon of salt
° 30 g of Parmesan (in sachet)
° 1 kg of small potatoes, washed, rinsed and drained

* How to do :

° Preparation time: 10 min
° Cooking time: 30 min

1. Preheaat oven 200 ° C. 2. Melt the butter for 30 seconds in the microwave. 3. Add the garlic, chives, pepper, salt and 15 g of Parmesan cheese to the melted butter. 4. Stir to combine well. 5. Put the potatoes in a container and pour this mixture over them. 6. Toss the potatoes with the garlic and chive butter. 7. Stir well so that they are coated in the garlic and chive butter. 8. Transfer them to an ovenproof dish or skillet. 9. Cover them with a sheet of baking paper. 10. Roast them for 30 min. 11. After 30 minutes, remove your dish from the oven. 12. Mix again with the garlic and chive butter from the bottom of the dish. 13. Sprinkle the potatoes with the remaining Parmesan.
