* Chicken Spaghetti *



Who doesn't love pasta? This recipe can be cooked with all kinds of pasta, from tagliatelle to fettuccine ... Try it! Mamamiaaa ...

* Ingredients :

° 4 Chicken breasts
° 2 garlic cloves, chopped
° 2 small boxes of mushrooms or a large one
° 4 small leeks, thinly sliced
° Olive oil
° Salt pepper
° Espelette pepper
° 1 small box of liquid sour cream
° 1 tablespoon of flour
° 2 tablespoons of water
° 1 packet of spaghetti
° Grated parmesan
° A little chopped parsley

* PREPERATION :

Cutting chicken breasts to thin strips. Heat the oil in a sauté pan, add the chicken strips and brown for a few minutes. Add the garlic, mushrooms, parsley and leeks. Cook over medium heat. Adding salt, pepper & Espelette-pepper. When everything is well cooked. Add the sour cream. Bring to a boil. Mix the flour with the water. Add this mixture to the pan and stir until thickened. Let it be for now. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water. Drain. Add the spaghetti to the sauce and stir over low heat. Arrange in the serving dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and a bit of Espelette pepper for color. Good tasting.
