Fudge recipe


1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

2 tablespoons of ghee or butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups of mini marshmallows

1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate bite

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts



Things First, get all the ingredients ready. Then I return the form, I usually choose a small one, about 9 inches, and cover it with foil.

Put the sugar, butter, salt and condensed milk in a medium saucepan. We put the pot on the fire and bring it to a boil with constant stirring. Boil it for about 4 minutes, remembering to stir it slightly from time to time, the mass should become smooth and flaky. The sugar should  dissolve.

Remove saucepan from heat and add marshmallows, nuts, chocolate crusts, and vanilla extract. Mix the mass until the marshmallow dissolves.

Put the hot candy in the mold and put it in the fridge until it cools. The fudge should cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours, after which it is taken out and cut into pieces.
