Fried cabbage



 Fried cabbage (with bacon, onion and garlic)



*ingredients:


    °5 thick slices of bacon, cut into small pieces

    °1 large onion, chopped

    °2 cloves of minced garlic, or more to taste

    °1 medium cabbage, shredded or shredded

    ° 1 teaspoon of paprika

    °A pinch of white sugar

    ° salt to taste

    ° black pepper to taste


*Step by Step


Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside. Add the onion and garlic and cook in the bacon fat until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in cabbage, paprika, sugar, salt, and pepper. confused to combine. Cooking for 10 minutes.

Stir cooked bacon in skillet with cabbage mixture. Simmer the cabbage over low heat until it reaches the desired consistency, 20 to 30 min. Serve hot or lukewarm.
