Cajun shrimp recipe


12 ° raw shrimp

° 1 serving of spaghetti (preferably Linguine)

2 cloves of garlic

° butter

° 1/2 c. Heavy cream

° grated Parmesan cheese

° 1/8 tsp. basil

° salt / pepper to taste

° fine (thick)

° Cajun season

° 1/4 c. parsley

° white wine (not shown)

° olive oil (unclear)

* Methods :

Heat the pot over medium high heat. Add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil and the Polis white wine and bring to a boil.

Add garlic and cook for another mil.

Add shrimp.

Next, season your shrimp with Cajun seasoning, be generous (to your liking)!

While the shrimp are pink on one side, also flip them for another minute and remove from the pan, letting the liquid drain.

Add the heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil and whisk in a sprinkle of flour to thicken the sauce.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the shrimp again.

Toss shrimp to coat with sauce and serve over pasta.

Cover it with Parmesan cheese
