HAM AND WHITE BEANS






*Here is a list of all the ingredients needed to make this recipe:


°Cooked white beans, I used a pot.


°A big green onion.


°A medium garlic clove.


°A sausage.


°A few slices of pork.


°Sea salt, to season.


°Olive oil.


°Green pepper.


°A little spoon. paprika.


°A dried cayenne pepper.


°A bay leaf.


°Dried garlic.


*And here’s how to do it step by step:


Step 1:


In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions, garlic and green peppers until tender and cooked through.


Step 2:


We remove the beans from the pan and rinse them with blood-free water using a strainer during cooking.


Step 3:


When the sauce is golden, add the ham and sausage, which have been cut into small pieces, as well as the paprika.


Step 4:


Stir in the beans and a few cups of water, and if the sauce no longer covers the beans, add a little more water.


Step 5:


Heat the peppers, bay leaf, salt and dried garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking over medium heat until it begins to thicken and you can see a variety of beans. Remove from heat and set aside.


Step 6:


If you do not want it to sting, do not put the chili; if you want it to have a strong spicy touch in the middle of the cooking process, you can remove the chili at that time.
