Crab legs baked in butter sauce




*INGREDIENTS:


°500 grams of royal crab legs.


°1/2 cup melted butter.


°2 creole TSP spices.


°2 TSP chopped parsley.


°1 TSP lemon juice.


°2 TSP chopped garlic.


°lemon wedges to serve.


*INSTRUCTIONS:


I preheated oven 400 degrees F.


I cut the crab legs in half, put them on the plate.


In a small bowl, I added the garlic, melted butter and creole seasoning, mix well. Then I added the lemon juice.



I brushed the crab legs with this sauce and cooked it until the crab legs are heated through.


For the filling:


I used chopped parsley, and served with the remaining butter sauce and lemon wedges.
