Cabbage Roll Soup






*Ingredients:


°4 cups beef broth


°8 ounces tomato sauce


°1/2 cup long grain rice uncooked


°1 Laurel Paper


°3 teaspoons brown sugar


°2 teaspoons parsley


°2 teaspoons olive oil


°Pinch salt and pepper


°1 pound minced beef


°1 cube onion


°2 teaspoons small garlic


°4 chopped green cabbage cups


°2 sliced carrot



*Preparation:


Step 1:


In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil, add the mince and season with pepper and salt. Cook the meat and divide with a spoon until the beef is browned, about 6 minutes. Add garlic and onion, cook about 4 minutes


Step 2:


Add carrot/cabbage/beef broth/rice/tomato sauce/bay paper/sugar, and add salt/pepper. Bring and cook about 26 minutes until the rice becomes.
