Pepperoni Rolls with cheese

*Ingredients

°Frozen pizza paste

°Pepperoni

°Mozzarella Grated

°Parmesan cheese

°Olive Oil

°Italian spices

°1/4 cup tomato sauce

°Garlic Salt

*Instructions

1. Cover the frozen pizza paste with plastic wrap. Let the dough dissolve for a few hours at room temperature. When the dough completely melts, it will swell a little. (Here's a tip: sprinkle the plastic wrap with cooking oil, or brush with cooking oil and lay an oily side on the baking paste. This allows the bread paste to rise and move easily under the plastic wrap without sticking to or holding the paste.)

2. Roll the dough to approximately 11 × 11 square inches. Record one frozen dough makes one pepperoni roll.

3. Grease the dough with olive oil or any cooking oil you prefer.

4. Place the pepperoni on the dough, which covers the entire surface.

5. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

6. Next, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and gently sprinkle with Italian spices.

7. Add a sprinkle of garlic salt (optional).

8. Roll up the paste starting from one edge of the box.

9. Place the rolls on the baking tray, leaving space between them if you do more than one roll.

10. Brush some melted butter over uncooked pepperoni rolls.

Bake at 375 ° F for about 15 to 25 minutes.

When finished, the top of the rolls should be golden brown and you should be able to make a clicking sound on the shell with your nails (as when baking bread).

Make sure the pepperoni is allowed to cool completely before being chopped and served.

Enjoy !
