Pecan Tarts


*The ingredients

°1-3 oz. pkg. Soft cream cheese
°1 piece of margarine or butter, soft
°1 c flour
°dash of salt

Mix cream cheese, ghee, flour and salt together. formed into 24 balls; Tap each ball at 1 3/4? Muffin tin (press dough into bottom & sides with fingers, leaving no hole).

+filling:
°2 scrambled eggs
°1 c. Brown sugar
°2 T ghee or melted butter
°1 tsp. vanilla
°dash of salt
°1 C. pecans

*how to make  :

Blending eggs, brown sugar, margarine, vanilla, also salt. Blending well (do not beat with paddle attachment or surfaces will become crusty instead nutty). Divided pecans evenly to pastry shells. Pour filling to crust, filling it 2/3. Baking at 350 degrees for 20-25 mn. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.
