Peanut Butter - No Baking Cookies


°2 c sugar
°1/2 c milk
°1 stick (8 t) unsalted butter
°1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
°3 c old-fashioned roll oats
°1 c soft peanut butter
°1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
°Large pinch of kosher salt


Cover a baking tray with wax paper or parchment paper.
Boilling sugar, milk, butter & cocoa in  saucepan on medium heat, stir occasionally, then let it boil for 1 mn. Take off the fire. Adding oats, peanut butter, vanilla & salt and stir to combine.
Drop 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and leave at room temperature until cool and hardened, about 30 minutes.
