* Ingredients :


• 32 medium-sized white mushrooms

• Oil 1 tablespoon

• 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1/4 tsp. dried seasoning

• 1/4 tsp. dried basil

• 1/4 tsp. dried thyme

• 1/4 cup soft cream cheese

• 1/4 cup sour cream

• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1 can (4 ounces) crabmeat

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

°Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

++Serves 6 to 8


* Methods :


1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking tray. Sit aside.

2. Using a wet paper towel, gently wipe and clean the mushrooms. Remove the stems and gills from the mushrooms, and chop the stems and gills fine.

3. On medium heat, add oil to a frying pan. Once the skillet is warm, add the onion cubes, chopped garlic, mushroom stems, and gills. Fry for two minutes, then remove from heat.

4. Mix the oregano, basil, thyme, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese and crab meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.

6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each stuffed mushroom and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

7. Remove from the oven and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
