Chinese honey chicken


°4 large egg whites
°3/4 c cornstarch 
°1/3 c water
°1 pound chicken breast
°vegetable oil for fry
°1/2 c mayonnaise
°1/4 c honey
°2 tablespoons condensed milk


In  bowl, add egg whites also beat until foamy (1-2 minutes) before whisk in cornstarch and water to combined and chicken finally folds.
Heat 3 inches of oil on medium-high heat (up to 350 degrees) in  saucepan and adding chicken pieces in two batches to golden brown, for 2-3 mn per batch. 
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, and sweetened condensed milk, then add the fried chicken just before serving.
