Cheesy Rice casserole

Cheesy Rice casserole with ground beef

°1 pound of ground beef.

°2 onions cut into cubes.

°2 tsp. of garlic powder.

°A small can of tomato sauce.

°1 cup of cooked rice.

°1 cup chicken broth.

°1 cup sour cream.

°2 cups of shredded cheese.

°Salt, pepper, thyme.

°1 cup frozen peas.

Take a frying pan and spray with cooking spray, then bring it up to high heat. Add onions and roast this for a few minutes.

Add garlic and minced meat with Tathmar.

When done, raise the heat to medium levels and season with pepper, salt and some thyme

Add the peas, rice, tomato sauce, a cup of cheese, and broth, and let simmer for about three minutes, making sure everything is thoroughly blended until well blended together.

Take the mixture and put it in a ceramic bowl. Put it in the oven.

Bake this mixture at about 250 for about 15 minutes or until you start to notice the mixture heating up, and starting to form bubbles as well.

From there remove this, then take the sour cream and cheese, put them in a bowl together, and whisk them together until they are completely combined together and create an even texture

Take this and pour it over the top of the casserole, and bake it all together for at least another 15 minutes or so, until the cheese melts and starts to form bubbles.

Pull this out, put it on a serving plate

Enjoy !
