Beef nacho cheese roll


Ingredients

* 1 pound ground beef
* 1 c. nacho cheese sauce
*1 Rotel can drain well
* ⅓ C. sour cream
* c. Sliced ​​bell pepper
* ½ c. chopped onion
* chopped lettuce
* 1 packet taco seasoning
* Crumbled Doritos with nacho cheese
* 4 large flour tortillas

* instructions

* Cook ground beef over medium-high heat until completely browned. Strain out any excess fat.
Stir the taco seasoning with the meat and set aside.
* Fry onions and peppers over medium heat until softened.
In a bowl, mix together the nacho cheese sauce and the rutile.
* Place four large flour tortillas on a flat surface.
Place a layer of the nacho cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Add a little sour cream, onions, peppers, meat mixture, shredded lettuce, and finally some crumbled Doritos.
The sides of the tortilla are folded and rolled closed to form a burrito-like wrapper.
* Heat a frying pan over medium heat and toast the rolls until the outside is crispy.
