Baked salmon with foil


°2 finely sliced ​​lemons
°1 large salmon fillet (about 3 pounds)
°kosher salt
°Freshly ground black pepper
°6 tablespoons. melted butter
°2 tbsp. honey
°3 cloves minced garlic
°1 tsp. chopped thyme leaves
°1 tsp. dried seasoning
°Fresh chopped parsley for garnish


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a large, rimmed baking tray with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Place the lemon slices in the center of the foil in an even layer.
Seasoning both sides of salmon with salt & pepper and place on top of lemon slices.
In bowl, whisking butter, honey, garlic, thyme, & oregano. Pour over salmon, then wrap tin foil around salmon. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Switch the oven to barbecue and let it cook for 2 minutes or until the butter mixture has thickened.
Garnish with parsley before serve.
