°1 can (28 oz) tomato with juice
°2 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chiles)
°1/4 tsp. chopped onion
°1 garlic,
°1 jalapeño, quartered & thinly sliced
°1/4 t. sugar
°1/4 t salt
°1/4 t. cumin powder
°1/2 t. cilantro (more to taste!)
°1/2 lime juice

* Methods 
Combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, onion, jalapeño, garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Beat to salsa is the consistency you want - I do for 10-15 beats. Test season with a tortilla chip & adjust as need.
Refrigerate salsa about at least an 1h. Serving with tortilla chips
