Peanut Butter Fudge


°½ cup of butter
°1 package (16 ounces) brown sugar
°½ cup of milk
°¾ cup peanut butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°3 ½ cups icing sugar


Melting butter in  saucepan on medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from fire. Stirring in peanut butter & vanilla. 
Pour over icing sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into 8 x 8 inch dish. Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.
