°1 cup melted butter (or 1 stick of butter and 1 stick of margarine)
°2 cups of sugar
°1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
°4 large eggs (slightly beaten)
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1/8 teaspoon salt
°1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 1/2 cups coarsely pecans, toast
°1 (10.5 ounce) small bag of marshmallows


1. Whisk the melted butter with the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add flour and chopped pecans.
2. Pour mixture into a floured 15" x 10" jelly roll pan.
3. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden stick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Take it out of the oven. Spread warm cake evenly with marshmallows.
Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle chocolate cream (see recipe and instructions below) on a warm cake.

*Chocolate Frosting Recipe and Instructions:

°1 package (16 ounces) powdered sugar, sifted
°1/2 c. milk
°1/4 c. softened butter
°1/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa

Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth
