*Ingredients :
°1 lb pack dried beans
°ham bones, hocks, hocks, or diced ham (for 1 pound)
°2 tsp onion powder
°6 c of water
°salt & pepper to taste
* Methods :
Rinse & sort beans for pebbles. Adding rinse beans, onion powder, salt, pepper & ham to slow cooker. Adding water. Covering and cooking on low heat for about 8 h, until beans are tender. Removing ham bone, hocks or shanks also removing meat. Adding meat to slow cooker and blend.
